The Dream Root Wellness Network is a Christ-centered wellness community where families grow stronger in health and faith together.

Not exactly. We’re focused on wellness — things like health, mindset, and habits — but we do it all with Christ at the center and in community with other believers.

Both… but more specifically, it’s for whole households. One membership covers your immediate family, because I believe wellness is meant to be lived out together.

Memberships are family-based and ‘give as you are able.’ That means if you can give more, you help carry others. If you’re in a tough season, you can still join for free.

Because that’s how the church has (or rather, should have) always worked. Those who can give more carry those who can’t. It’s generosity in action.

Moreover, Proverbs 3:27 says: ‘Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it.’ I believe that this community has the ability to transform health and wellness for good, and it is also within my power to offer it for free

Every family starts with The Dream Root Wellness Way — a 12-week course with its foundation in biblical health and wellness. We attend weekly live coaching sessions, connect in small Wellness Circles of 10–12 people, and walk through practical steps together.

It’s a small group of 10–12 members, usually grouped by location. It’s where you find accountability, encouragement, and real friendships.

Most programs sell quick fixes. We’re about stewardship. We build from the inside out — integrity, wisdom, discipline, and perseverance — so the changes actually last.

You can continue membership to retain access to the community, weekly live coaching, and curriculum, but for those who want to go deeper, we offer The Wellness Philosopher Method — a premium 12-week coaching path that’s available inside the community. But the Wellness Way is where everyone begins.

Because I saw how broken the system is — Big Pharma, Big Food, even the wellness industry profit when we’re sick and confused. After prayer, I knew God wanted me to build a place where believers could take back their health in a Christ-centered way.

Yes, but it’s interactive. We have weekly live coaching sessions, check in daily inside the Network, and some Circles or members even meet in person as they’re able.

You can try, but most of us fail alone. Proverbs 27:17 (ESV) says: “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” God designed us for fellowship. We grow stronger when we walk together.

Anyone can join, but everything we teach and practice is Christ-centered. We build from Scripture.

That’s exactly why it matters. The Dream Root Wellness Way is simple and doable, even with a busy schedule. Stewardship doesn’t wait for when life gets easier.

You’re not alone — most of us have failed before. The difference here is you’re not doing it alone, and we’re not chasing gimmicks. We’re focused on what lasts.

Start where you are. Lead by example. Most of the time, when one family member commits, others eventually join in.

If you’re strong, that’s great — but your strength can help others. This is about more than personal results. It’s about building up a resilient community.

Both. True wellness touches body, mind, emotions, and spirit. But without Christ at the center, it’s just self-help. With Him, it’s discipleship.

You can, but you’ll get out of it what you put in. This community is about participation, not passivity. Growth happens when you show up.

Yes, as with any health, wellness, or exercise program, you should absolutely consult with your personal doctor prior to beginning this wellness journey.

It’s not a cult. We don’t control people — we equip them. Families are free to give as they’re able, to come and go as they choose. Our aim is simple: help people steward health and live more aligned with Christ.

True wellness isn’t just physical — it’s spiritual too. We believe lasting health starts with Christ. That’s our conviction, and we’re not hiding it. Anyone can join, but our foundation will always be biblical.

We’re not against science at all. We encourage healthy eating, movement, sleep, and proven practices. But science can’t address the whole person without faith. We bring body and spirit together.

We’re not selling false promises. We’re inviting families into community and stewardship. It’s not about miracle fixes. It’s about putting in the work, with Christ at the center, and walking it out in fellowship.

Because generosity is part of discipleship. Those who can give, give. Those who can’t, don’t have to. In that way, it’s free for those who need it to be. That’s exactly what the early church modeled.

Anyone is welcome to listen, learn, and join. But our teaching is biblical and will never affirm what God calls sin. We walk in love, but we also walk in truth.

We’re not here to control anyone. We’re here to help families get healthier and stronger. Our vision is rooted in Scripture, not in worldly power structures. Christ calls us to serve, not dominate.

You’re welcome to join, but know that everything we do is rooted in Christ and His Word. We won’t compromise that, even if it challenges other beliefs.

You’re right that Jesus calls us to love — and we do. But love doesn’t mean affirming everything. It means pointing people to truth, even when it’s hard. That’s the love Christ showed.

If this were about money, we wouldn’t offer memberships from $0. We structured it so no family is turned away. What sustains this is generosity, not greed.

We’re not trying to scare anyone. We’re being honest about the times we live in. Violence against Christians is real. Instead of living in fear, we’re building families and communities that stand firm in Christ.

Of course not. Anyone can make healthier choices. But we believe true wellness — the kind that lasts — begins with Christ. Without Him, it’s just behavior change, not transformation.

It’s not my truth. It’s God’s Word. I’m not asking people to follow me — I’m pointing them to Christ, who said ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life.’ (John 14:6)

We’re not brainwashing. We’re teaching integrity, wisdom, discipline, and perseverance. Families are free to test it, live it, and see the fruit for themselves.

Because life isn’t separate. The body, mind, heart, and spirit are all connected. Pretending faith doesn’t matter in wellness is what got us here in the first place.

It’s not about politics or nationalism. It’s about families living healthy and faithful lives in Christ. Our loyalty is to God’s Kingdom, not any government.

We’re not forcing anything. We’re inviting. People are free to say no. But for us, Christ is the foundation of real wellness — and we won’t pretend otherwise.

Not at all. We use science every day — nutrition, exercise, sleep — but we don’t separate the body from the spirit. Science and Scripture together give a fuller picture.

No. Medicine has its place. But it can’t heal what’s spiritual or address the whole person. We encourage stewardship first, so families don’t become dependent on pills for everything.

We don’t hate anyone. We welcome anyone to join and listen. But our teaching is biblical, and we won’t affirm what God calls sin. Love speaks truth, even when it’s unpopular.

We believe every child is made in God’s image and deserves love and care. But we won’t affirm identities that go against God’s design. Our goal is to point people toward Christ, who heals and restores.

It’s not political. It’s biblical. We talk about wellness, stewardship, and discipleship. Some issues overlap with culture and politics, but our loyalty is to Christ, not a party.

We’re discerning. Scripture calls us not to conform to the world (Romans 12:2). Our culture profits from sickness and confusion. We choose a better way.

Because sin destroys. It’s not loving to let people chase lies that harm them. We don’t preach ‘your truth’ — we point to the truth: Jesus Christ.

No — we’re faithful to Scripture. We don’t fear or hate people. We love them enough to speak what God says, even when it costs us.

We don’t control anyone. We encourage everyone — men and women — to steward their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 6:19–20). Stewardship isn’t oppression, it’s obedience.

Not at all. Mental health matters deeply. We encourage things like journaling, prayer, connection, and counseling when needed. Faith and mental health are not opposites — they belong together.

Everyone has freedom to choose. God Himself gives us free will. We simply believe real freedom comes when our choices line up with truth, not when we chase every desire.

I get that. But judgment and discernment aren’t the same. We’re not condemning people. We’re pointing to Christ, who offers forgiveness and transformation.

Because Jesus said: ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’ (John 14:6) We’re just echoing His words.

We’re not trying to stir fear. We’re naming reality. Persecution is real. Instead of hiding, we want to strengthen families to stand firm in Christ.

I don’t want followers for me. I want people following Christ. I simply built a framework to help families walk it out in health and faith.

Christ calls men and women to live differently than the world says. We don’t preach domination — we preach service, sacrifice, and stewardship

Because there’s no such thing as neutral. Every philosophy has a foundation. Ours is Christ, because He’s the only one who can heal body, mind, and spirit fully.

We’re not anti-progress. We’re against empty trends that hurt families. Truth doesn’t change — and that’s what makes it timeless.

We believe God made each of us with purpose. True life comes from living as He designed us, not chasing identities we invent for ourselves.

No. Abuse manipulates and controls. What we’re doing is freeing — teaching people to walk with Christ, make their own choices, and build healthy lives.

We’re open to anyone joining. But we won’t compromise truth to make everyone feel affirmed. That’s not inclusion — that’s deception.

Doctors are important. But most don’t have the time to address the whole person. We don’t replace medical care — we help people take ownership of their daily health and discipleship.

We’re not against freedom — we believe true freedom is found in Christ. Equality doesn’t mean erasing God’s design. It means honoring each person as made in His image.

Hate tears down. We’re building up. Hate enslaves. Christ sets free. Everything we do is out of love, even if it doesn’t sound like what culture calls love.

I’m not claiming to be a pastor. I’m a brother in Christ who’s walked this road myself and created a framework to help families grow healthier in body and spirit. My authority comes from Scripture and lived experience, and the Holy Spirit living in me, not a title.

I get why you’d think that — the world is full of gimmicks. But this isn’t about branding or trends. It’s about helping families live out wellness as stewardship, rooted in Christ.

You shouldn’t ignore medical experts. We don’t replace doctors — we focus on stewardship: sleep, nutrition, movement, discipline, and faith. Most doctors don’t have the time to walk families through that part.

Scams take and leave people empty. Our model allows people to gives as they are able — even $0. Families are actually being built up here, not bled dry. The fruit speaks for itself.

Anyone can join. But we don’t hide that everything we teach is rooted in Christ. That’s not arrogance — that’s conviction. We’d be dishonest to pretend otherwise.

I respect people’s freedom to believe differently. But we’re clear: we believe Christ is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). We won’t compromise that just to avoid disagreement.

It’s not my way — it’s Christ’s. He said He is the only way to the Father. I’m just pointing to Him.

I’m sorry for anyone who’s been hurt by the church. That pain is real. But Christ isn’t the problem — He’s the healer. We’re not here to add wounds. We’re here to walk with families toward wholeness.

Not at all. We don’t promise riches or perfect health. We teach stewardship, discipline, and community. Wellness is work, not magic — and it’s about obedience, not chasing blessings.

Because without Christ, health is shallow. Yes, people have misused religion. But Jesus Himself heals and restores. That’s the foundation we build on.

It works when people engage. The Dream Root Wellness Way isn’t magic — it’s a framework of simple, biblical disciplines. Families that commit see real growth.

We encourage people to stay connected, even if they stumble. Community helps people get back up. Failure isn’t final unless you quit.

Gyms build strength. Therapy helps the mind. Churches build faith. We integrate all of it — body, mind, spirit, and community — under one roof, rooted in Christ.

Fear manipulates. We don’t. We point to reality and offer hope. Families join freely, out of conviction, not fear.

God does heal. But He also calls us to stewardship. Just like we pray for provision but still work, we trust God for healing while still stewarding our bodies.

Salvation is done — Jesus finished it on the cross. Stewardship is our response. We don’t work for salvation, we work from salvation.

Not at all. Families give what they can — even $0. No one is shamed for giving little. It’s generosity, not manipulation.

We’d love to run it free, but community and coaching cost something to sustain. This model makes it possible for everyone, while generosity carries the rest.

Those tiers are for people who want to cover multiple families. Some are blessed to give more — and that generosity keeps the door open for families who can’t.
